The Virginia State Bar Condone's Judicial Misconduct

The VSB allowing their members, attorneys who are to be held to professional rules of conduct, to commit fraud. The link below is a complaint to the VSB against Tandy B. Rinehart. She knowingly filed a fraudulent document with the Stafford County J & DR court along with her client Timothy Stohler to cause an unnecessary delay in our case.

Julian Johnson allowed this barratrous attorney to act criminally in his courtroom. James C Bodie of the VSB say's these "tactics" are acceptable.

  1. The VA Bar failed in a Federal Case also; the attorney, Scott Pickus, filed an Appeal based on a faulty transcript; he did not respond to client, even after being directed by the 4th Circuit; after the VA Bar notified him a Complaint had been filed, he responded; he had moved his office and never notified client .. failed to note in Appeal about faulty transcript and/or failed to check Exhibit Switch. VA Bar never sent his response to "client" so he got away with screwing up Appeal. Same case, trial atty missed PSI deadline .. VA Bar sent letter ... atty withdrew from case; end of story. VA Bar has been notified of transcript/Exhibit switching, tampering involving Public Defender, which can be proven, but they are saying "no ethics violation" ... REAL PROBLEM is who "monitors: the VA Bar? (They discriminate and pick and choose attys to be sanctioned ... is this the American Way?)
